Pressing this will insert a new blank entry into the current list after the position of the currently selected entry. The new entry will become selected.
If it is preferred that new entries are added before the currently selected entry rather than after, open the Settings application, and within the ListHolder settings switch on 'Insert BEFORE current entry'. Note that a new line is added at the end of the list when the last entry is not blank and the RETURN key is pressed.
