ListHolder Instructions

15. Settings:

The iOS Settings application contains an entry for the ListHolder app. It offers 5 preference areas:

  1. Sync with folder in iCloud:

    The slider (when on / green) enables iCloud use when available. Turning off when iCloud has been used will result in ListHolder, when next opened, to offer the option of deleting all the data held in iCloud.

  2. New entry - Insert BEFORE current entry:

    When on, new entries in lists will be inserted before the currently selected entry rather than after.

  3. Receipt and Running Total lists - Negative numbers appear red:

    Receipt and Running Total lists - Negative numbers appear red: When on, negative values will have red appearance.

  4. Date and Time appearance:

    Allows changes to the appearance of the time in list titles and in diary entries.

  5. Screen keyboard appearance:

    When on (which is the default), ListHolder will use a dark appearance for the screen keyboard rather than a light appearance.
