In its selected state, this button is white text on a blue background. When selected, the lists shown in the master pane are the lists stored within your device locally and never copied to iCloud. On first use, the local folder contains a single list entitled “General list” of Standard type with no special functionality. This General list can be deleted if required. If all lists are deleted the system will re-create the "General list" if needed.
